I'm spotting for five days now, my ob/gyn said there's no blood flow from fetus

hi i've been spotting from monday the 10/02/14 til today the 14/02/14,my ob/gyn appointment was today he did an u/s and said he can see the sac,he then did a internal u/s and said theres no heartbeat and no blood flow from the foetus,he then asked me to have a D&C done and i said i dont want to do it straight away,really worried and dont know what to do
