supposed to be 6 weeks pregnant

I'm supposed to be 6 wks. according to my lmp. I had some problems last week with pain and some bleeding. They did an ultrasound in the hospital but said I was too early to tell if I had miscarried. I had another ultrasound today and there was a sac there but nothing else. I have to go back again...
