5 months of pregnancy

I am 5 months pregnant, already feel the baby move in me. I've had a period every month! Prego tests in the beginning of pregnancy showed negative. I do not have the money to go for a check up or ultrasound. Are any chances that my baby is normally developing? I really want this baby!

My liltle sister is 36 weeks and has been and does use on a regular basis (beleive she is shooting up) what can we expect as far as problems during birth. Now that it is known is it too late too get help (for the baby) or is it just way too late.any first hand knowledge would help.thanks
