Have had 2 pregnancy test showed postive and 1 professional test they showed positive. Had some bleading. went to obgyn. he thinks there is no baby, said it may be in the fallopian tube or stomach. what does this mean? Please respond asap! thank you

stomach cramps at 6 weeks.

i have stomach cramps in the upper area. and once in awhile in the lower. they get worser when im trying to sleep and there here and there in the day time. is this okay ?
