I'm 32 weeks pregnant and have depression. Lately I have thought about self - mutilation. My fiance has been trying to keep me from it. While he was at work the other day, I broke down and cut myself. The cut wasn't deep and was little. Could this cut harm my baby?

8 weeks pregnant

i am almost 8 weeks pregnant and my tsh level is 2.7- i was prescribed some thryoid hormone since the clini wants my level below 2.is i tsafe to take thryoris meds right now? i am also currntly taking prometrium oral 100mg at night.
