I cannot fully empty my bladder ever since Turp operation which was performed 2 years ago

I had a TURP done two years ago, after that I could not empty my bladder this was causing a backup to my kidneys. I need to use a catheter to completely empty my bladder. my sphincter muscle got damage from the TURP operation.

Discomfort in Prostate area after ejaculation

Hi, For some time now I have a dull, almost numb sensation in the prostate area. Any time I ejaculate I noticed that the discomfort becomes much worse, almost unbearable. After like 5 or 6 days it goes back to my normal discomfort. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

prostate massage will do nothing to prostate problem or reduce risks of prostate cancer or enlargement or infection, according to 99% of urologists in USA, including my BF's urologist.
