Swollen lymph nodes on the left side after Leep, I was diagnosed with CIN III

I was diagnosed with CIN III and was told a Leep procedure will remove my abnormal cells. I had the procedure done a week ago and noticed my lymph nodes on the left side are swollen and sore. Has this happened to anyone? I'm not sure of o have an infection or something worse.
