cervix pain.

Hello, right after I ovulate I get this pain I cant tell if its my cervix or not, but it only lasts a little while and than goes away. Is this early menstral cramps? I usually get pretty sever ones in my lower abdomen and back at the begining of my period.

My dr says ovarian syst but I have movement in abdomin that isnt stationary and the pressure I feel moves up by my rib cage when i am standing or sitting for very long. I feel pregnant ant dont have any pain in my ovaries or that area.
