About 7 years ago, I received a hysterectomy due to fybroid tumors that caused severe cramping & prolonged menstrual cycles. Everything was well until recently, when I began having menstrual like cramps & sharp pains in my lower left abdomine area. The pains became sharper and lasted a whole day until I decided to take 3 regular aspirin. The pain ceased into a dull-like pain. Today, I felt as if I were on my menstrual cycle again, with diarrhea (dark stools), crampy type feeling, sluggish and feverish feeling. The very same symptoms as was when I was having periods, EXCEPT for the dark stools (although they were always loose during that time of the month). What is this all about or what could be causing these symptoms? Is this normal?
