i had a perinal plasty in aug. this year. she did not cut the whole thing off just the bottom. it is very expensive even when insurance helps. it cost 7,000.00 and i have to pay 5,000.00 mine was due to a very bad tear when ihad my son 2 yrs ago. let me just warn you all about the pain and recovery....
