hysterectomy and pain on heavy lifting

I had a hysterectomy almost 2 years ago and recently lifted a heavy box causing excrutiating pain across my scar site and to my left side. It felt as if something had popped out. Has anyone had any similar experience and is it really safe to lift anything heavy %-)

I'm 30.I used to have a normal period(not much clotting) up till last year.Feb 2006 I had a miscarry and since then I have had heavy long periods with huge clots.I don't have insurance.If I have to I'll some how put the money together but I was wondering if anyone else has gone through this?
