Is it common to be bloated during implantation bleeding? I wasn’t due to my period, but I started bleeding 5 days before expected. I was bloated and my breast were tender while was bleeding. It lasted 2 days. Was it some kind of irregular period or implantation bleeding?

I use to have irregular periods, but not that irregular not to happen less that once in 2 months. I am sexually active, with one partner and use protection. What if urine test comes out negative after missing two months period? I’m pretty sure that I was due to 3 weeks ago. Can test be wrong?
