lump on vulva, on the upper vaginal lips. it doesn't itch

i woke up this morning with a lump on my vulva ( at least i think that’s what it’s called) it’s like on my upper vag lips. it’s about half a centimeter big and it’s very hard. i’m 14 and very concerned. it doesn’t itch, is it cancer?
