burning sensation when going to the toilet

Right, i am 16 years old and still a virgin, so im not to sure why i have discharge and my virginal opening is hanging out? could this be an infection, but obviously not an STD! Many Thanks.

i had a bad back, so the doctor put me on sum pills to help. then i got a kidney infection. after all that i then realised my vagina was itchy and wen i had a look there was a quite a large lump with blackish skin on the top. the next mornin i had another look and there was one on the other side....
