why is my vagina opening hanging out it also smells/discharge? and i am only 16 and still a virgin.

Right, i am 16 years old and still a virgin, so im not to sure why i have discharge and my virginal opening is hanging out?
could this be an infection, but obviously not an STD! Many Thanks.
