Lump near vagina

Okay so I just realised a couple of minutes ago that a lump has formed near my vagina. Its on the on the outside of the lip close to my leg. It feels about the size of a 5c piece. It is quite sore when I touch it.    Dont think it could be a STD as it has been a long time since I last had sex....
