I think it might just be me but I feel like its a UTI

I think it might just be me but I feel like its a UTI .. But could be wrong! to start off I have not had my period since my last one in March and since I'm irregular I'm really not making a big deal and I I do have a partner with whom I'm sexually active and don't use a condom what so ever and I'm practically married to this man it's been 6 yrs... Anyways recently for the past week I've been having really bad toothaches so I'm taking some pains killers for that but it was a constant 8 hr issue after taking this particular med frequently I started to have urinary problems to were I found myself going to the restroom to urinate every few minutes so then I took a conclusion that I was having a uti since I've had gone thru it once before.. Now there's a problem I've been feeling a bit of irritation itch like sensation around my vagina opening and all inside it so today I took a look down there to check out it out and it turns out the I noticed that my vaginal openening was a whitish color with some miner bumps and just a few minutes ago started to urine in droplets which seem to be mixed with blood and it burns and the itching sensation won't go away.. I don't have any resources what so ever to see a doctor lady's plz help I'm only 24 and this has never happened to me I'm fixing to take matters in my own hand and maybe ask the Pharmasists at Walgreens or something
