Why does my vagina & stomach hurt after sex?

Im 14 years old & had sex with my boyfriend & after, my vagina began to hurt, then it moved to my stomach.. I thought I was just hungry, but that wasn't it. I'm scared because I don't want a disease & I don't wanna be pregnant. What does it mean?

brownish red translucent gel-like discharge

I have no discomfort (pain itching swelling), no bizarre odor, urine is normal, it is nothing like a period. i did some research and the only related issue i found was signs of ovulation...the only thing that doesnt match up is the slight off-color.
