My left vagina lip is very sore, and it hurts

My left vagina lip is very sore, and it hurts . I seem to have a lump under the skin, and it hurts when pressure is applied, if so bit white or yellow  liquid stuff with blood coming out . I havent been sexually active either. My lip is very very swallen and hurts. Difficult to walk and sit etc....

swollen abdomen after painful ovulation

my tummy get swollen and painful after I ovulate, I am worried but this always seems to happen about every three months? any ideas what this is? I do have a history of ovarian cyst's

Nova Sure Procedure

I had Nova Sure procedure done in October 2006. At this time a overy was removed do to a sist. Sence that time I have not had a period sence which is GREAT. What I was wondering is if its normal after this procedure to gain weight? Has anyone else gained 10 or more pounds after this procedure?
