I recently had an pelvic u/s done which showed my rt ovary to be larger than my left ovary. My rt ovary measures 4.7cm and my lt ovary 2.9cm. The right ovary has "several complex appearing cyst". The doc mentioned a possible "cystic endometrioma" and I also have an "circumscribed lesion" in my cervix, which may represent a "complex synovium cyst". I am 26 years old and a mother of 3, what does this mean for me?
