Unprotected sex and no birth control

First period, used pantiliners, now itchy red peeling around vagina

I just got my first period a little bit ago. It wasn't very heavy so I only had to wear pantiliners and i changed them only about 2 times a day. I also have a paper route, so i had to go biking while wearing the pantiliners. I noticed it started getting really itchy down there while wearing them....
