I have been having itching on my labia for almost a year now. I feel like I've tried everything and I know its not a yeast infection (gynecologists have proven this time and time again). My current gynecologist says that i must be irritated by something. I have removed any kind of fancy soap, I have tried not using toilet paper, I have used every anti-itching cream known to women (which work but only temporarily), I have tried soaking in baking soda, I have been wearing white cotton undies for 12 months, I have used vasaline. I know its not an std because I'm a virgin (and I have no abnormal discharge). If ANYONE has any new idea I'll be happy to try it. Its not that frequent, it only really happens in the morning or night or when I'm relaxed (my gyno is not sure why that happens). I gave up a month ago but was on this site for another reason and decided to post.

Well in my case i had an allergic reaction to an ingrediant in a soap some soaps have the same stuff in them just different brands maybe if your using bar soaps that part of your bady dries up with it try using shampoo but with conditioner as in 2 in one because you may need to moistorize because of dry skin it has happened try changing from bar soaps to body wash or from body wash to bar soap the best one is caress because dove leaves cream on there and it could be bad in that part for you. Like i said if its not an std it is something you are using the tampons or pads may be irritating you umm also try the cleansers and maybe i know it may sound disgusting but maybe if you shave hairs also cause irritation especially with the heat .
