I have what i think is dry skin on my outer labia. I do shave it occasionally. its been there for over 3 mos now and is painful. It also has what look like pimples and they ooze. I am very worried about this problem. The skin has broken open and doesn't seem to be getting better. I have not been sexually active for over 2 mos now. I need a cure for this as i cannot stand this pain anymore. it lasts all day. I try to moisturize it but not sure that i should.
