I started spotting, not a lot just a pink tinge

I my period ended about 4-5 days ago and today I started spotting not a lot just a pink tinge also, but it's definitely spotting. I've had my period long enough to be regular however i am not on the pill and this has never happened before. What could it mean ?

lots of itty bitty bumps

I recently(3 weeks ago) went to the gynochologist because i had 2 bumps under the skin. She said it was most likely inflammed hair follicles, and to use neosporin. I have been, and they are still there. Only now i have may surface lumps right around where my hair starts on the lips. It itches....
