pimples(i think) on my vigina

Well there are like these kind of like pimples on my vigina. there soft sometimes then they turn kind of hard and at the tip is light color pink. Someties it bleeds and it hurts when it rubs on my underwear or towel.2and i have about 5 or 6 but all but 1are flat. the one thats bleeding is stiking up...

swollen vagina lips

OK so this might seem sick. I have never been sexually active but i get these red bumps on my Labia majora which get really dark and when these are popped alot of blood comes out, along with pus. I have no idea what they are so is this normal? what shouls i do?
