well its prob from shaving, i get that sometimes too there called boils.. just need to put a warm cloth on it.. it should help! dont worrydear your fineee!

try diaper rash cream.. it reduces swelling and irritation. only do it every couple of days and if doesnt go away, ask a doctor.
