had a vaginal surgery and lumps inside after surgery

in jan 2008 i had a vaginal surgery to lift up my ovaries and bladder and the inside of my vaginal was normal but when i got pregnant i've felt 4 big lumps inside of me, what could it be?, it's not painful but just there. i've felt one of the lumps are still big and others have gotten smaller.
