itchy clitoris and vagina

i was fingered last time . and i had sex just recently . a day after that , i feel i had itchy over my vagina area . and everytime aftr i urine , it will start to itch , eventhough i wash with water . . and it will itch from the clitoris to the opening of my vagina . . and a few days later , there's white disharge . . im not sure if its becos of my menses that will approxiately come in 2 weeks time . . but the itchness is the most irritating one .
