Brown/Red stuff in my underwear..

So I am not supposed to get my period for another week to week and a half and for the past three days I have had this like thick, brown/red stuff in my underwear..not sure what it is?

swollen vaginal lip

Lately everytime after I had sex my vaginal lips are swollen and painful. I feel the pain for long time after the intercourse, and lips are swollen also. It is uncomfortable when I urinate and even when I cross my legs. Sometimes there is also white discharge. Is this a symptom of infection?
