Bleeding after sex

Had rough sex with my hubby, was a little sore while we were busy, now I've been bleeding for 4 days, only when I go to the loo. Is it possible I've torn something? My abdomen is a little sore on the left side. DOn't know if I should go to the doctor or just wait and see.
