I don't recall vaginal irritation when i first became pregnant, but i did have real tender breasts. If you suspect that you may be pregnant, take an in home test.
Some women do spot bleed during the first few months of pregnancy, i did with my first two. In fact i was so nieve with my first born that i thought it was my period trying to start. I didn't find out i was expecting him until i was 3 months along already.
