I have had an itch in one spot for a very long time...All of a sudden, while taking a shower, I noticed a lump in my labia on the opposite side...not near the vaginal opening but more like in the middle. It is very small, pea sized maybe, and not painful. Any help please?

Please advice, clear discharge

For about a 2-3 weeks now, I have noticed that when I wipe after unrinating that I have alot of clear slimmy mucas-like gel discharge. It doesn't seem to have an odor and I don't have any pain or itchy. Could you tell me what this might be?
