I have bumps on my vagina every now and then. Some be white heads with alot of puss in them. and some be regular bumps with little puss. ichy vaginal lips and cloudy urine

My urine is cloudy but doesn't smell funny. My vagina also is itchy, but just on the lips. I have not had intercourse for over 6 weeks, only oral sex has been performed on me. I don't have the "cottage cheese" discharge and it doesn't burn when i go pee. What could this mean?
