Vaginal discomfort?!? What's going on?!?

  For 2 or 3 weeks on and off I have had a burning vaginal discomfort, I only really feel it after I pee some time it's mild and some times it'sA lot worse. I went to the doctor and he tested for a UTI and everything came out fine.. So why I'm I having this discomfort in my vaginal area?
