Sounds to me like you may have a more serious problem going on. Don't want to freak you out but you may have a case of crabs or lice of some sort. It can be treated with medicine if that's what it is but if it is not that and you treat it you could make the condition worse.
I think you need to be diagnosed by your doctor to find out exactly what's going on. There you will receive the proper medication to treat your problem.
If it is a yeast infection.....maybe the treatment wasn't sucessful and you need to do it again.
Another thought...have you switched soaps or laundry detergent? It could also be contact dermatitis.
