What can be a stalk-like skin growth under my clit hood?

Hi, i’m 21 and have a stalk-like skin growth under my clit hood right next to me clit. It stands up, is skin coloured, but not hard- more squishy as I can squash it and it goes white. It doesn’t hurt to touch and I have no other symptoms. Has anyone had this? What is it? Thanks.

Is it possible that this small lump under the skin of my outer labia is cancerous?

im 15, not sexually active, but i have a small hard lump under the skin of my outer labia. theres no head or opening and no drainage of any sort. it seems to move around a bit, but it only hurts when i mess with it a bunch. is it possible that this is cancerous??
