pimple?herpes? infected ingrown hair?

can herpes be a single sore in the pubic area? even before i became sexually active i would get these pimple looking things after i shaved. they dont hurt unless i squeeze and mess with it and are usually raised pretty high, looking like an infected pimple. i cant tell what it is?

I tested positive for Chlamydia and my doctor gave me two pills to be taken as a single dose. I have read that with this dosage, it makes three days for the bacteria to be wiped out. So does this mean it is safe to have sex after three days?
