I had sex with a prostitute 3 months ago

I had sex with a prostitute 3 months ago (February 9). But I used condom and ejaculated with in the condom. And condom didnt tear. But she gave me oral for a minute but I didnt ejaculate in her mouth. I didnt do oral thing to her. After 2 days, I had sore throat and flu between 98.4 to 99.6...That time I was having tobacco and was changing my brand twice. having a ciger on the 3rd day after the sex, I coughed and from that day I am having sore throat and flu between 98.4 to 99.6..but I continued my smoking for a week. after that I left bcz My sore throat was not recovering, Still now I am having sore throat. but my fever stayed remained between 98.4 to 99.6..1st month I had some digesting prob for a week then It become ok. But now I am having same digesting prob for 3 days. Today i am feeling better. I am having rash under my armpits for 2 days. Does it for the perfume I used??? Bcz When I used pefume to my armpits it was burning. After that I noticed there was some rash. But at the first month or 2 month I didnt have any rashes. I have some white spots around my groins, but before the sex I noticed that I was having those for many years. I am so confused bcz my sore throat is not recoviering. for 2 days I am feeling headache. But i didnt have night sweats or diarrhea. Just had digesting problem and didnt have toilet for 4 days on the first month. 

This is the whole situation. Can any expert can tell me what to do??? Coz I cant do my work properly. :'( please help.
