could this be genital warts???

A couple days ago i noticed a small red bump on the outer part of my vagina, near the lips. I thought nothing of it and passed it by as an ingrown hair. The next day the bump appeared a bit bigger and was soar, again i passed it for an ingrown hair, nothing else. I get ingrown hairs a lot, especially where my pubic hair grows. By the end of the day the bump grew even bigger, and morphed into what i thought was a blister? It got even worse!
The area became extremely soar even to the lightest touch, it itched and became uncomfortable for me. Now it is the third day i have had this thing! I haven't had sex in over a month on account that my fiance just went over seas (he is a marine). We have both been tested and the results were negative... So i am very confused and scared.
While examining it a cloudy fluid oozed out, so i squeezed it and even more came out of it! o.O When i noticed i was bleeding i stopped. Now its hard and has a gapping hole at the tip of it. The hole is so large i can almost stick the end of a q-top inside of it. I am really scared. What is this? Can someone please help me? :'(
