So I've had chlamydia for 7 months with no symptoms except occasional MILD pelvic pain. I just took zithromax 2 days ago and I still feel the pain. I also had a pelvic exam but the doctor didn't say I had pid, so i don't know if that could be the case... Do I need a stronger antibiotic? Helppp
