I had sex unprotected six days ago two days after sexual intercourse I developed dry cough 4 days later I develop scratchy mild sore throat do you think this could be HIV And a mouth sinus headache feeling

I contracted chlamydia in early March and I'm still getting discharge. I took Zithromax
