Pityriasis rosea + Tanning caused white spots all over body

I went tanning with PR a little less than a month ago. Although it worked, it left me with white spots where the PR used to be. My doctor gave me a steroid cream (Cordran Lotion) around 10 days ago, which has not fixed these white spots whatsoever! HELP

i woke with a white blemmish under my eye which also got all red. I tried so many things on my face and now my face is irritated in so many places and i have dry peeling too. I tried coconut oil and ponds cream but the reddness is worse and my face burns...I need help

They aren't like regular white heads. They can have white heads but generally have very little pus. Mostly blood. A lot of them came up just red and VERY sensitive. Almost like a bloody cyst? They feel deep but don't excrete a lot.
