Weird small spots on right calf on skin

So recently on my leg these small pinhole sized patches appeared on my skin. They have no depth or anything. They are slightly discolored and are shiny. The weird thing is they are in several lines, like one next to another. And they are only on my right calf. Any idea to what this could be?
