Im a 16 year old girl who works part time at a grocery store and I usually end up with working the 6-10pm night shift. Which was fine until i started missing family dinner. So i would end up grabbing fast food on my way home which obviously isnt healthy. So i would eat later after my shift but since its summer i dont have school so i would sleep in until 1pm aprox have breakfast (aka lunch which was usually something small because i cant eat alot first thing in the morning) then i would get ready and chill with friends until work again and the cycle repeats. But it was only in the past week i have been feeling symptoms of nausea which has resulted in me not wanted to eat. Insomnia, cannot fall asleep and constantly waking up in the middle of the night. Clammy skin and night sweats and just a general feeling of hotness but no fever. I also have anxiety and i am taking lexapro for it. But i fear my anxiety is making it worse as i am stressing about work and who can cover my shifts. As well as the part of not knowing what is going on with me and how long i will be like this as not eating has affected my strength. What can i do help these symptons?? Is there a known cause or what can i do to start eating or feeling better. Any help is deeply welcomed
