smalll water blisters on my arms but they dont itch or hurt

I have been noticing a lot of small water blisters on my arms, i have a lot of tattos could it just be the skin reacting to them? They dont hurt or itch it just seems that they apppear more in the heat i was just wondering if anybody knew what they were.

I think I got it in Africa. I was there last month, on a business trip. Since then I got some thing on my hands. It looks like Pinprick blisters. I have already visited few dermatologist and pharmaceuticals but I got no cure or diagnosis. Any similar experience will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Any solution for swollen forehead
