I recently got hurt above my eyebrow. it was a gash that had to be stitched up. My stitches got removed a week ago and now there is a lump above my eyebrow where the stitches were. What should i do? Is this normal? SHould I be worried?

Left hand middle finger woke up with a bruise inside of it and now the finger itself goes really cold and tingling for a bit and then the feelings go away and probably within another hour or two it comes back the Brewers are still there and they're active person never had anything like this happen...
