herbs for facial steam

I have been into home made cosmetics for a while now, and I love my facial creams and moisturizers. They feel luxurious and tailor just for me. Something that is still lacking in my repertoire is a facial steam with some nice herbs, to make the pores open up. Any ideas?

I heard to treat these you get it frozen and then scraped or whatever. I have to on genitals so how exactly would this work? I dont want to go through excruciating pain just to get rid of them. Some of the lesions are just so tiny that I dont see how a doctor could burn them off or freeze them...

small whole in skin. what is this??

Since birth I have had a small indent at the top of my buttcrack. The other day I decided to investigate it and find it is a hole that has collected some black stuff (pretty gross) It is the diameter of a ball point pen and is quite deep. If anyone knows what this is called please tell me!!!
