Treating a boil after medication.

I have been getting recurring boils on my thighs. The doctor has prescribed me with a 3 months course of lymecycline and boils are still coming back. What is the best advice to take for these infections to go away for ever eventhough I am taking antibiotics?

Cyst on buttock split wide open when I bent over to pick something. I needed to close it
