White bumps on hands and on bottom half of my fingers

i have the same thing but i have it on my left pointer finger but she its not on the bottom half of my finger its like where my nail nails is but on top at the side on the left like next to my nail so i don't really get how that could cause it like that and i do play guitar aswell

Iv'e been getting these red hard bumps in my ears and around my nose

i know they're not pimples because there small,unpopable, and hard. Because of this my nose feels broken and if i touch it it hurts really bad. So far it could be acne or cancer...  please help i cant find any valid answer.

Good Tinea Versicolor remedies? I've tried special shampoo but it did not really work
