Good Tinea Versicolor remedies? I've tried special shampoo but it did not really work

I've had it for about almost 2 years now. It's on my back, a little bit on my neck and some on my shoulders. They are not visible right now, cause I am very pale, but in the summer they are very visible. I've tried special shampoo, did not really work. Any good remedies that actually cure it?

Long stayed facial palsy, I am having problems with mouth and eye when I laugh and eat

I have go facial palsy 54 weeks before. I tried to take physiotherapist treatment and doing exercises but still there are clear problem in my mouth and eye when I lough and eat. Is there any possibility to recover anymore?
